Meet Colten Ledford

Born and raised in the mountains of Franklin, NC, Colten Ledford is a hometown son who knows this land, loves these people, and is committed to this community.

After spending a decade in the Tampa, FL area, where he studied at River Bible Institute, built his work ethic in mechanic service and sales with United Rentals, coached high school wrestling, served on his church's worship team, competed in bodybuilding, and played Rugby for the Tampa Krewe, Colten returned to his roots with a wealth of experience and a clear sense of purpose.

Today, Colten brings that same grit and determination to every client he serves as a proud member of The Vickie Kimsey Team at RE/MAX Mountain Properties. The team is led by his mother, Vickie Kimsey, whose 35+ years of relentless dedication to this business set the standard Colten measures himself against every single day.

When he's not helping clients find their perfect property, you'll find Colten lifting weights, lacing up his boots for Rugby, volunteering as a wrestling coach at Franklin High School, and investing in his family.

Hard work isn't something Colten learned in a classroom. It's in his blood.
